Yes, We Have Been Vaccinated!!!

To revive world tourism, the COVID-19 vaccination program has been successfully carried out simultaneously by all countries, including Indonesia. The vaccination program is an attempt to gain and maintain public trust in providing safe travel. However, the public still needs the understanding to continue to apply strict health protocols while traveling. So the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination has changed the tourism sector. Yes, a new concept of traveling!

In the current circumstance, vaccines are the main requirement for travelers who want to travel around the world. Even so, each country has different regulations for tourists, such as France, have imposed a COVID-19 test-free rule for travelers who have been vaccinated twice and are from the green zone, while the rules are different for travelers who come from the orange zone, they need to show a negative COVID-19 test result. In contrast, Spain does not impose quarantine for tourists, they only need to show proof of a complete vaccine along with proof of a negative COVID-19 test or proof of recovery from COVID-19. Slightly different in Indonesia, even though proof of a vaccine has been shown, tourists still need to do a PCR test within 24 arrivals and quarantine for 8 days even though the COVID-19 test result is negative.

Yeah, this pandemic has changed the concept of tourism to be customized or according to customer demand, which was previously mass-based into more personal and crowd-free. Visitors who want to come in a public area such as a mall, need to show a vaccine card when entering the mall area. In addition, there is an age limit for visitors who are not allowed, such as infants and the elderly. Other than that, many tourist attractions offer a private concept that imposes visitor restrictions and campaigns for vaccination programs that have been done by all workers at these tourist attractions. Businesses in the hospitality sector need to take an initiative in providing a safe and comfortable place during the current pandemic, such as always maintaining cleanliness in areas where customers stay and also vaccinating all staff.

Bali Island Villas and Spa has been in the hospitality business for 20 years and always keep safe, comfortable, and cleanliness a priority by sterilizing before and after guests arrive, to maintain quality and always gain the trust of tourists who vacation to Bali Island Villas and Spa. Customers remain our utmost priority, that’s why being vaccinated is one of our responsibilities in giving the possible pleasant experience. For us, the staff is the first door that connects us with customers and more attention needs to be given so that all staff and customers give each other trust. Yes, we have all been vaccinated!!!
